These terms govern the Bao Market pre-launch waitlist. By submitting the waitlist form, you ask to receive launch-related updates and agree to these terms.
Bao Market is a pre-launch service. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a purchase, reservation, deposit, or guarantee of access.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If the law where you live sets a higher age or requires parental permission, that rule applies. You must provide an email address you are authorised to use.
2. What the waitlist provides
The waitlist allows us to record your interest and contact you about closed Android testing, launch availability in relevant markets, and closely related launch news. Your submission does not guarantee an invitation, ranking, launch date, country availability, device support, feature, price, delivery time, or commercial release.
We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue the waitlist or the planned service. We may prioritise invitations based on testing capacity, market readiness, technical compatibility, or other legitimate operational criteria.
3. Communications and withdrawal
By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting the form, you consent to the launch communications described above. You can withdraw consent and leave the waitlist at any time by using an unsubscribe method included in a message or emailing support@baomarket.app from the address you submitted. There is no fee or penalty for leaving.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the waitlist, submit addresses without permission, interfere with the website, bypass security or anti-abuse controls, introduce malicious code, or use automated methods to submit requests at scale. We may remove or block entries reasonably associated with fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of these terms.
5. Testing invitations
If you receive access to a closed test or pre-release product, additional beta, platform, privacy, or confidentiality terms may apply. You may need to accept those terms before participating. An invitation may be personal, limited, and revoked if required for security, testing integrity, or compliance.
6. Pre-launch information
Descriptions of planned products, delivery standards, prices, countries, integrations, store availability, and timelines reflect current intentions and may change before launch. They are not a contractual promise or an offer to sell. Any future transaction will be governed by the terms and disclosures presented when that transaction becomes available.
7. Intellectual property
The Bao Market name, branding, site content, software, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights. You may use the website only for its intended informational and waitlist purposes.
8. Availability and liability
We use reasonable care in operating the waitlist, but it may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or affected by events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on tentative pre-launch information or from waitlist interruption where no paid service has been supplied.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains what data the waitlist collects, why it is used, how long it is kept, and how to request deletion or withdraw consent.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the waitlist or planned service develops. The current version will show its last-updated date. Material changes affecting existing waitlist members will be communicated where required.
